  2. Be informed of potential pitfalls of teletherapy
  3. Learn basic self regulation and relaxation techniques for self maintenance during this time, and toresource our clients and families

In this workshop participants will be given a new perspective on performing valuable therapy at a distance. Effective therapeutic interventions need to accommodate the new, digital distance and other potential challenges. The fact is, however, with some skill, emotional and interpersonal closeness can be cultivated.
