“Terminations” in Play Therapy:
Activities/Healthy Good-byes

Termination is a sensitive topic and difficult process in play therapy. Children are sensory learners and learn through play, so the best way to honor the therapeutic relationship and celebrate success is through creative play-based interventions. This webinar will provide you with hands on techniques to give children the tools to end the therapy feeling empowered and strong. This webinar will also address how we can protect children and safely end the therapeutic relationship even when terminations are abrupt or therapeutic goals are not met.
