Description: We will work to be able to accurately define psychosis, deepening our understanding of a variety of symptoms that may be present and how to differentiate them from other types of similar phenomena.
 
Shoshana Lewin, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Baltimore, MD. She treats patients with a variety of clinical diagnoses, including with a current psychosis and a history of psychosis. In her work as staff psychologist in Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY, she treated patients with acute psychotic symptoms on an inpatient unit as part of a clinical team, and provided training to clinicians from multiple disciplines.
