Play therapy Supervision and Multicultural Issues

Supervision is a very complicated process which needs to be addressed in the field of Play Therapy. Issues related to the supervisors, and supervisee can be very sensitive. Multicultural/discussions are required. Male/female, age, length in field, experience, transference, initial impressions, are some of the factors one can/should consider when talking about multicultural challenges and Play Therapy.
