Through a blend of psychoeducation, guided experiential exercises, and discussion, participants will explore how intentional breathwork can regulate the nervous system, enhance emotional processing, and deepen the therapeutic experience for both clinicians and clients.
What You’ll Experience:
- Psychoeducation: Learn about the history and science behind breathwork, its connection to mind-body healing, and the ways it can be integrated into therapy to promote self-regulation and emotional release.
- Experiential Practices: Engage in light breathing exercises designed to enhance awareness and relaxation, followed by a guided “mini” breathwork session to experience its effects firsthand.
- Interactive Discussion & Q&A: Reflect on your experience, ask questions, and explore ways to incorporate breathwork into various therapeutic modalities.
