As a psychotherapist and trauma specialist, I take an interactive, collaborative approach to therapy where we blend dynamic and experiential methods of treatment. I nurture the therapeutic relationship as that is the bedrock to solid healing. Bringing warmth, openness and creativity, I join clients in creating lives of wellness, health, and connection. Since long lasting healing requires healing of mind, body and spirit, I utilize cutting edge treatment methods to help clients work through stuck points, and transform pain to possibility. Integrating scientifically based therapies including EMDR, Somatic Interventions, Ego State Therapy(parts work), and Expressive Arts, my clients experience short term relief as well as change that lasts longer than their time in therapy. I see my role as more than offering insight and guidance, rather, integrating mind-body healing I teach skills in moving forward with newfound strength. Areas of clinical specialty include treatment for survivors of sexual abuse, attachment issues, abandonment loss, anxiety disorders, complex post traumatic stress disorder and dissociative disorders. 

Provide consult to therapists seeking to utilize trauma informed interventions as well as providing attachment focused EMDR consultation for therapists working towards their EMDRIA certification.
