I am a NY- and NJ-licensed psychologist who maintains a private practice in Ramsey, NJ. I earned my PhD from Alliant International University in Los Angeles, CA.  I recently departed  from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I was an Associate professor and taught teach courses in psychotherapy and supervised in the clinical PhD program. In addition, I was the director of the adult ADHD/LD program at FDU’s Center for Psychological Services.

My internship at the renowned Rusk Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine in New York City provided specialized training in health psychology, and my post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology was completed at the Kessler Institute/UMDNJ School of Medicine. During my fellowship, I conducted extensive research in the areas of neuropsychology and health psychology, which I continue in the present. I have published over 30 articles and book chapters, and have presented at many national and international conferences. I also received post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute and the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research in New York City.

I specialize in treating psychological issues associated with physical illnesses, and have worked with adolescents and adults of all ages. My therapeutic approach is to support patients and provide actionable feedback so they can effectively address their personal challenges. Treatment is personally tailored and I collaborate compassionately with each patient to make the most of their strengths and achieve the personal growth they are working toward.

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, New Jersey Psychological Association, Northeast Counties Association of Psychologists, and the International Neuropsychological Association.
