Description

 

My practice focuses on Individual and couples psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I help patients who face a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, bereavement, OCD, stress, crisis, trauma, divorce, family conflict, premarital counseling, and couples counseling

  I believe respect, compassion and trust are the cornerstones of every therapeutic relationship, and tailor treatment to the client's unique needs, using approached that include psychodynamic, CBT, EFT, Gottman, etc.

  I am located on the upper west side (central park west and 81 street), and have day and evening hours.

In addition to my private practice, I currently serve as the chair of  the Department of Psychology at Lander College for Women in NYC. I also serve as the Life Crisis Intervention Counselor at Lander Counseling Center, where I  have been working with young adults for the past 25 years.
