My therapy is focused on anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationships, infertility issues, and Chronic Illness. I take a humanistic approach with my clients and incorporate parts of Mindfulness, Meditation, Positive Psychology CBT, DBT, ACT, bringing a unique perspective on dealing with clients' difficulties through different lenses. My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic bond that is based on openness, acceptance, trust, and respect.
Over the years I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric unit and outpatient clinics honing my skills to bring empathy, care, and expertise to any mental health or personal struggle you are going through at this time and to tailor and give you practical tools and utmost care to help you with life's challenges.
