I use a humanistic and strengths-based approach, which means I believe in your ability to solve whatever challenge you may be currently facing. We will first spend time exploring the issue together, getting clear what exactly the challenges are. Once we are fully aware we can decide together on which treatment approach and skills best suit your needs.
