My unique niche is drawing on my robust professional and academic background with the integration of spiritual wisdom, educational principles, therapeutic techniques, and practical coaching strategies. This combination allows me to offer a deeply personalized and effective approach to relationship coaching that resonates with clients seeking comprehensive and faith-based guidance.
I have Smicha from RIETS, having studied under Rav Yehuda Parnes and in Rav Schachter's Kollel. I hold a doctorate in education with a focus on adolescent psychology specifically-adolescent religious development (Dr. David Pelcovitz was my academic advisor), I have a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, secondary Jewish education, and school administration. Additionally, I have a certifications in life coaching, ACT trauma therapy, and a post-graduate certification in not-for-profit management from Columbia University.
I specifically work with:
1. Single young men and young women 19-45 navigating the dating and courtship process.
2. Helping young marrieds negotiate the formative years. Including healthy communication, normative expectations and conflict resolution.
3. Assisting parents in creating healthy boundaries, understanding and working through rebellion, religious apathy and other issues specific to the adolescent journey.
4. I work with high conflict families, infidelity and general trust issues stemming from attachment injuries and trauma.
