Amy Smitke, LISW-S, LICDC, and Victoriya Reich, LISW-S, LCDCIII, are seasoned mental health therapists, clinical supervisors, and social workers deeply committed to the betterment of mental health professionals and their clients. Amy, with a background in psychology and a Master's degree from The Ohio State University, founded Motivated Wellness Solutions and Coaching Upwards, while Victoriya, holding degrees in psychology and criminal justice, co-founded TheraVault.
