Many of the couples coming into see us engage in a consistent pattern of reactions that are distressing and distancing. This becomes a negative, self perpetuating, cycle and what I refer to as The Relationship Dance. Couples we work with present with different narratives as to what is causing them distress. Using the paradigm of understanding couple dynamics through an Emotional Couple Therapy lens we see that distressed couples have a lot in common. This webinar attempts to present a clear map of what's going 'wrong', giving the therapist the first step in re-choreographing the relationship dance.
