Friday, October 30th, 2026   1:45 PM EDT -4:45 PM EDT
Kathryn Krase, Ph.D.
$59.99

Implicit and explicit biases have been shown to impact the provision of mental and physical health professional practice, resulting in negative outcomes for clients and patients. This workshop is designed for professionals who acknowledge these negative impacts exist and are motivated to take action to mitigate them. Through this session, we will explore various tools designed to help professionals identify biases that impact their own practice and the practices of those they interface with. With increased awareness, we will work towards positive change for professionals and those they serve.

This training meets Michigan requirement for “Implicit Bias” training, but is not MI specific. (Please note, a pre & post test implicit bias assessment is available and required under the Michigan training law.)

This training meets Maryland requirements for training on “anti-oppressive” social work practices but is not MD specific.
