How do you know what to say? Experiencing your Inner Therapist

Aren’t you ecstatic when the absolutely right thing to say  just comes to you in an intuitive flash?  Our workshop will help therapists to experience such states of flow and to utilize them clinically.

An extensive literature  asserts that : (1)  people have multiple states of consciousness; (2)  some of these states include an instantaneous, intuitive wisdom that goes beyond our typical rational problem-solving.  Among these sources are EMDR’s A.I.P., Erickson’s Inner Spiritual Helper, Csikszentmihalyi’s Flow, DBT’s Wise Mind, Gladwell’s “thin-slicing, intuitive thinking”, Kahneman’s Fast Thinking, Rogers’ “the client as expert”, and Zen’s “No Mind”.  We will teach therapists how to experience their "Inner" wisdom.
